Computers have been with me since childhood – not just as a tool, but as a system I wanted to understand: hardware, software and how they work together. I always learned the most when something did not work right away. In 2023 I decided to turn this hobby into my profession.

First I taught myself software development – with C#/.NET and practices from professional work such as SOLID and Clean Architecture, still without AI assistants. When AI tools noticeably changed the entry path for junior developers, I made a deliberate choice for system integration, the field that had always appealed to me most. I still write code, today often AI-assisted – and thanks to that foundation I can read, understand and assess it with confidence.

Since December 2025 I have been in retraining: networking and hardware, Windows Server, Microsoft 365 and Intune, Azure, AWS and Linux (LPIC-1 topics), currently Cisco, aiming for the CCNA. Before the internship, IT security (CompTIA Security+), databases and programming follow. Along the way I have already earned four vendor certifications. Privately I run my own Linux server with several websites, my own DNS, mail and TLS – this site runs on it too.
