Internship as an IT Specialist for System Integration in Cologne
From April to November 2027 I will complete the mandatory internship of my retraining. I am looking for a company where I can take on real tasks in IT operations, and a team that supports me on the way to the final IHK exam. I already hold certifications in Azure, Microsoft 365 and AWS, run my own server and get up to speed with new topics quickly. Ideally, this turns into a collaboration that continues beyond the exam.

What I bring
- Certified: Azure Administrator (AZ-104), Microsoft 365 Administrator Expert (MS-102), Endpoint Administrator (MD-102), AWS Cloud Practitioner
- Hands-on Linux server operations: my own server with Apache, DNS, mail, TLS and firewall
- Networking and Windows Server fundamentals, currently Cisco
- Programming experience (C#/.NET, Bash) – scripts and automation instead of manual work
- Added before the internship starts: Cisco (aiming for CCNA), CompTIA Security+, OOP, UML and SQL
- Quick, independent onboarding into new topics
What I am looking for
- Ideally networking or IT security – but open to any area of system integration
- Real day-to-day tasks: servers, networks, clients, cloud
- A team with a good atmosphere where questions are welcome and that supports my IHK exam preparation
- A real-world project from the company for my IHK project work (up to 40 hours, part 2 of the final exam)
- Ideally a perspective beyond the internship

Fundamentals, cloud and Linux
Business processes, labour law, project management, networking and hardware, Windows Server, Microsoft 365, Azure, AWS and Linux (LPIC-1 topics). Certified: MD-102, MS-102, AZ-104, AWS Cloud Practitioner.

Cisco networking
Implementing & Administering Cisco Solutions in five blocks – from the basics to preparing for the CCNA certification.

IT security fundamentals based on CompTIA Security+.

Introduction to artificial intelligence; setting up an IT workstation – also the topic of part 1 of the final exam.
